We are looking for hardworking individuals with prior construction experience-particularly those familiar with concrete work, piping, and small machinery. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To : - Assist in various stages of commercial construction projects- Perform tasks involving concrete forming and finishing- Support installation of piping and underground infrastructure- Operate small construction equipment and power tools safely- Follow site-specific safety protocols and wear proper PPE- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite- Take initiative and support team members with various tasks as needed Qualifications : - Prior experience in construction (concrete, piping, or machinery preferred)- Ability to take direction and work both independently and as part of a team- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude- Physical ability to perform manual labor, working in trenches, including lifting up to 50 lbs- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Connecticut- A valid CT P8 License is a plus, but not required Benefits : - Weekly Pay Cycle- Overtime Opportunities- Medical Insurance Options- Paid Time Off (Vacation, Holidays, Sick Days)- Paid Training Program / Apprenticeship- Safety Equipment Provided (helmets, gloves, etc.)- Mentor-Based Training & Certifications- (Onsite, Manufacturer-specific, P8 certs) Schedule : - Full-Time- Monday to Friday- Occasional weekend or overtime as needed, based on project demand Work Location : Projects throughout the state of Connecticut Equal Opportunity Employer : Petroleum Services Inc is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
