Role / Responsibilities

• Experience in complete Product Life Cycle Concept, Plan, Develop, Validate, Launch and Production release.
• Conduct value analysis and High runner analysis to generate VE ideas from redesign, Sourcing and process improvement.
• Experience in cross functional idea generation workshops (Working Session, Technical Feasibility & ROI Analysis)
• Extensive knowledge in Vendor Handling technique throughout product life cycle.
• Support to Maintain / Strategize Value Engineering Roadmap
• Hands-on experience in Project management such as planning, scheduling and tracking
• Experience in coordinating all the entities involved in Supply Chain management.
• Understanding of Inventory control, Logistics and Distribution, throughout Product Life Cycle from Proto to till early Production.
• Coordinate with various cross functional teams for project reviews and updates.
• Maintain detailed status, schedules and savings of all the VE programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Experience in describing optimized manufacturing processes for Sheet metal, plastic, die-casting such as blanking, Injection Molding, Pressure diecasting, piercing, embossing, bending, machining, powder coating, anodizing, welding, and inspection
• Should cost models for mechanical commodities including sheet metal, plastic, die-casting, and machined parts
• CAD tools Experience in Creo and SolidWorks
• Works in a cross-functional collaborative environment, closely interfacing with peers, management, external vendors.
• Electro-Mechanical products, Value Engineering, MCN, Product Life cycle, Supply Chain & EOL.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum : $37.01 per hour

Pay Range Maximum : $44.50 per hour

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
