Primary Duties :

• Develop and create B2B customer lifecycle marketing communications, customer programs, and creative deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support overall program management.
• Share valuable insights to inform decision-making and program optimization.
• Champion new ideas to maintain high customer engagement and drive program evolution.
• Support the successful launch of new marketing initiatives.
