We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner who is ready to bring skill, leadership, and heart to our growing team. Your Schedule 24 / 7 NNP coverage with both day and night shifts Flexible mix of 12- and 24-hour shifts with structured handoffs at 7 : 00 am and 7 : 00 pm No formal call requirements, but a supportive team culture ensures backup when census is high What You Bring Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner At least 2 years of NICU experience in a Level III setting Strong procedural skills (intubation, line placement, chest tube insertion, etc.) Passion for family-centered care and supporting parents during the most critical moments Why St. Charles?
