About the Role

We’re seeking a Chiropractor to join a thriving clinic in Midland-Odessa. This isn’t your traditional wellness-care model—it’s a patient-first approach that blends chiropractic and rehabilitative exercise, with each visit structured as a one-hour session focused on injury resolution. This is a growth hire, bringing in a second provider to meet patient demand.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate, assess, and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions using an evidence-based model.

Deliver hands-on manual therapy (no instruments or passive modalities).

Guide patients through therapeutic exercise protocols to aid recovery and prevent re-injury.

Apply functional taping and other approved modalities as part of treatment.

Manage the clinical environment and oversee support staff as needed.

Deliver patient-centered care, averaging 40 patients weekly depending on staffing.

What We’re Looking For

Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree, or nearing graduation.

Licensed (or in process of obtaining licensure).

Strong communication skills and a mission-driven, patient-focused mindset.

Exceptional palpation skills and hand / grip strength.

Passion for soft tissue work (ART, MFR, or similar techniques a plus).

Open to entry-level and experienced candidates (extensive training provided).

Willingness to relocate to Midland-Odessa, TX (relocation package available).

Schedule

Full-time; 40 hours per week of patient care.

Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday mornings depending on clinic needs.

Professional clinical attire required.
