Demolition Project Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Demolition Project Manager position include :

• 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction and demolition industry, with a strong focus on heavy highway projects
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, legal requirements, and trade union labor relations specific to the demolition and heavy highway sectors
• Ability to manage project planning, staging, budgeting, and execution while minimizing risk and controlling costs
• Recruit, negotiate, and manage subcontractors while ensuring projects remain within scope and budget
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, union agreements, and company policies
• Monitor project expenses, track actual production vs. estimates, and resolve discrepancies
• Attend project meetings, provide reports, and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Salary : $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
