JOB DESCRIPTION

An expert in print & digital graphic design responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing innovative and impactful marketing materials across various mediums. This position is hybrid, reporting to the corporate office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Applicants must attach a portfolio when applying.

Primary Duties

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce digital materials including emails, web banners, etc. Additionally, create appealing print materials such as direct mail.
  • Develop innovative concepts and approaches for digital, print, and video marketing materials, driving new design solutions.
  • Ensure all materials align with project requirements, brand positioning, tone, look & feel, and effectively communicate the message with the customer in mind.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions to design and production issues to maintain high quality.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree or related graphics arts degree with a strong design portfolio.
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) on MAC.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Figma preferred.
  • Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.

    • Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

  • Work environment involves typical office risks, with safety precautions in place. The workspace is adequately lit, heated, and ventilated.
  • The work is primarily sedentary, involving sitting, with some walking, standing, bending, and light carrying. No special physical demands are required.
