Monday–Friday schedule with weekends and holidays off.

$25–$35 / hour base pay plus commission based on sales and gross profit. Your earnings reflect your performance, not just your hours.

Paid vacation, holidays, and sick pay.

50% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision.

Advisors can grow into roles such as Production Lead, Sales Manager, General Manager, Second-in-Command, or even COO.

We use Tekmetric for POS and AutoVitals for digital inspections—streamlined systems that keep communication clear and efficient.

About the Role :

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between customers and technicians—helping people make confident, informed decisions about their vehicles. You’ll sell with integrity, support your team, and help keep our shop running smoothly and efficiently.
