About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, providing vision, leadership, and oversight of all financial operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring sound financial planning, compliance, and sustainability across a diverse and rapidly growing portfolio of programs and funding sources. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term financial strategies, maintaining accountability for all financial resources, and leading the management of budgets and grants. Operational excellence, including oversight of accounting, payroll, procurement, and cash management functions, is a critical aspect of the position. Applicants for the CFO role at the company should have a strong background in finance leadership, with a focus on managing complex funding streams. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of publicly funded services, particularly in the areas of Medicaid, OPWDD, and Fiscal Intermediary programs. A proactive and adaptable professional with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills is required. The CFO will also be expected to have a minimum of 5-10 years' post-graduate experience in finance leadership, an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, and a CPA is strongly preferred.
