We are seeking a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent with a passion for helping others, exceptional sales ability, and a drive to win. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, supports colleagues, and actively works towards shared goals while maintaining a client-first mindset. This role will involve working closely with clients to identify their life and health insurance needs, educate them on their options, and craft personalized insurance plans to provide them with peace of mind for the future. Your Responsibilities :

⚪ Help clients find the best insurance policies to meet their needs.                              ⚪ Provide virtual consultations via phone or video conferencing.                                    ⚪ Utilize our CRM and automation tools to manage leads efficiently.                                ⚪ Stay up to date on industry trends and carrier products.                                                    ⚪ Build long-term client relationships and provide excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For :

⚪ A self-motivated and coachable individual.

⚪ Previous experience in sales encouraged to apply

⚪ Ability to obtain an insurance license (if not already licensed).

⚪ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

⚪ Tech-savvy and comfortable with online platforms.
