The Boeing Companys Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is looking for a Finance Analyst Manager (Level K) based out of Berkley MO or Hazelwood MO. In this role you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by providing finance support to the F15 programs and functions.

Position Responsibilities :

Manages develops and motivates individual contributors

Lead the execution of budget and finance activities

Lead the team on Earned Value Management (EVM) baseline set up reporting and execution

Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

Act as a trusted advisor to your business partner by providing valuable business insights and strategic recommendations

Supports the execution of operational statement of work including their financial performance to budgets / plans and opportunity / risk evaluation

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports across functions and programs

This position is on-site. This means that the selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelors degree or higher in accounting finance business or a related field

5 years of experience in a Finance Accounting business or related role

2 years of EVM reporting and execution experience

1 years of experience leading projects or teams

Preferred Qualifications :

1 years of experience as a manager of people

Experience presenting and communicating data in senior leadership briefings
