About the Role
Matter Health is seeking a VP, Executive Operations (Chief of Staff) to serve as a strategic partner to the President of the organization. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving alignment, operational discipline, and execution of the company's highest-priority initiatives.
This leader will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional work, ensuring that strategies and decisions translate into reliable execution across Clinical Operations, Market Operations, Growth, People, Finance, and Compliance.

What You'll Do
- Partner closely with the President to translate priorities into clear, actionable plans.
- Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, including market expansion and operational readiness.
- Build alignment across clinical and non-clinical teams, ensuring clarity around timelines, ownership, workflows, and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that track progress toward strategic and operational goals.
- Identify gaps, risks, and barriers to execution and proactively coordinate solutions across departments.
- Support President preparation for payer meetings and investor conversations.
- Strengthen communication flow across the organization through consistent updates, structure, and messaging.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner on both strategic decisions and day-to-day priorities.
