Description : Position Summary

The Analyst will be a key cross-functional resource, driving operational excellence, process improvement, and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role requires a highly organized and technically proficient professional with strong project management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. The Analyst will develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), interpret and present data insights, manage operational programs, and lead initiatives that improve efficiency, accountability, and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • SOP Development & Process Documentation
  • Identify process gaps and develop SOPs to address operational challenges.
  • Enhance existing SOPs to improve clarity, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to capture institutional knowledge and formalize it into actionable documentation.
  • Data Analysis & Technology Utilization
  • Build and interpret dashboards to identify key trends, results, and their impact on functional areas.
  • Present actionable insights to stakeholders to drive decision-making.
  • Maintain advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools for reporting, presentations, and analysis.
  • Project Management
  • Translate strategic objectives into detailed project plans with defined timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Monitor progress, address obstacles, and maintain accountability for outcomes.
  • Financial & KPI Analysis
  • Analyze KPIs and financial metrics, linking results to operational drivers.
  • Provide recommendations to improve performance, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Operational Program Oversight
  • Manage budgets for fleet, tools, and other assigned resources.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness and operational readiness of assigned programs.
  • Accountability & Execution Management
  • Structure workflows and tracking systems to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables and commitments.
  • Change Management & Special Initiatives
  • Lead or support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
  • Manage special projects, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Post-Implementation Reviews & Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct post-mortem analyses to identify recurring issues and underlying themes.
  • Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurrence and improve future performance.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data insights to business impact.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of financial metrics and operational performance drivers.
  • Proven track record in change management and process improvement.
