RN- Regional ED Float Pool - Night Shift

Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patients care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patients rights and confidentiality of patient information. Position Details : MERCY : Springfield and Surrounding Communities Department : Regional Resource / Float Pool (Emergency Department) Status : Full Time & Part Time Shift : Nights BeAMercyNurse Incentives : PTO / Vacation Time : PTO Frontload up to 40 Hours Regional Resource Shift Incentive : Variable Shift Differentials : $2.00 / Evenings, $4.20 / Nights, $2.20 / Weekends Benefits : Day-One Comprehensive Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance Retirement : 401(k) Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Referral Bonus Opportunity : $3,000 for experienced nurses Stay Premium : Active after 2 years with Mercy Overview : Mercy is currently seeking experienced nurses for Regional Resource RNs . Availability of shifts include full-time and part-time night shift. Nurses in these roles will be able to self-schedule and must be able and willing to travel to surrounding Mercy facilities within 90 miles from their home address. Facilities available include : Springfield Joplin Carthage Aurora Cassville Mountain View Lebanon Mercy Ortho Hospital (Ozark, MO) Currently, the only units available in this role is the Emergency Department (Nights) . Qualifications : Education : Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program. Licensure : Current RN licensure with State Board of Nursing in the applicable state of practice or current temporary work permit in the applicable state of practice. Experience : 3 years of RN experience in the Emergency Department within the past 12 months. Certifications : ED : BLS, ACLS, & PALS Physical Requirements : Position requires the ability to push, pull, and / or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
