Responsibilities Drive the execution and success of monetization initiatives for Call of Duty : Mobile, including cosmetic content strategy, IP integrations, monetization systems, and pricing.
Collaborate with analysts and researchers to understand monetization opportunities and player pain points.
Partner with development teams, including Tencent in China, to ideate, align on roadmaps, and build / launch monetization improvements.
Evaluate performance of initiatives using A / B testing, analysis, and research; synthesize learnings to improve the game.
Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience in product management or other relevant role.
Experience using SQL, Tableau, Excel, or other analytical tools to generate insights from data.
Ability to synthesize insights from analysis and research to diagnose root causes and inform future initiatives.
Strong communication and influence skills; able to work effectively with others.
Strong execution skills with bias to action and a track record of improving metrics.
Deep understanding of monetization systems and cosmetic content economies on a free-to-play mobile game.
Willingness to do meetings in the evening with partners in China (typically no more than once or twice a week).
Extra Points Experience using research to uncover customer problems and opportunities.
Basic understanding of statistics and experience with A / B testing.
Experience working on mobile shooter games or similar titles.
Strong structured and critical thinking skills; ability to define a strategy and build a plan to hit goals.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $134,320 – $248,404 annual. Specific offer details depend on experience, location, and performance. Incentive compensation may be available and is not guaranteed.
