Since its founding in 2017, Prometheum has leveraged its deep expertise in securities law, blockchain and trading to create a compliant ecosystem for digital asset securities that enables all investors to seamlessly invest in digital assets securities. Prometheum has relied on its strong diverse team to build the tools to service digital asset securities. To date, Prometheum has built multiple broker-dealers traversing novel areas and a large technology stack (intersecting trading, blockchain, compliance, etc.). Product Manager (Financial Services) Full Time W2

Location : Fully remote, USA

Salary : $130,000-160,000

Responsibilities

• This position will support the development and enhancement of Prometheum's platform features and onboarding solutions, working closely with senior product leaders and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, designers, and product teams to contribute to Business Requirements (BRD) and Product Requirements (PRD) documents.
• Support the product life cycle from ideation through launch for trading, clearing, broker-dealer onboarding and custody solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution.
• Help define product features and roadmap priorities by documenting functionality requirements and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning by translating business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for clearing operations, trading, custody and broker-dealer onboarding processes.
• Maintain clear documentation of features, user stories, and tasks in Jira / Confluence, ensuring traceability to business requirements and integration needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners including broker dealers and financial institutions to communicate requirements, track delivery timelines, and support testing efforts.
• Serve as a point of contact for product-related inquiries from broker dealers, IBDs, clearing firms, and compliance teams regarding trading, settlement and custody operations.
• Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, and release notes for onboarding processes and platform updates.
• Track and analyze product metrics to assess feature adoption and business impact.
