Prominent law firm is seeking an Attorney with 2-10+ years of insurance coverage and / or coverage litigation experience to join their growing Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have experience in (bad faith litigation, coverage opinions or 1st and 3rd party matters, but will also consider candidates with insurance defense litigation experience who has an interest in coverage work.
Responsibilities :
- Draft coverage opinions and litigate coverage matters.
- Negotiate settlements of cases alongside clients with difficult coverage issues.
- Analysis of claims (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, intellectual property, etc.).
Qualifications :
Base Salary Range 130k-200k+ Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Hybrid / Remote
