Responsibilities The RN Coordinator supports the operations of the hospitalist service by acting as a clinical liaison, care coordinator, and administrative resource. This role bridges communication between hospitalists, nursing staff, case management, and ancillary services to optimize patient flow, care quality, and provider efficiency. Qualifications Job Requirements : Current and valid RN license in Texas. Associate Degree in Nursing required. Minimum of 3 years of acute care RN experience Previous experience in care coordination, hospital medicine, or team leadership is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of hospital workflows, patient care standards, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR), clinical documentation systems, and basic data tracking. Preferred Job Requirements : Bachelor of Science in Nursing Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic inpatient environment. Strong people skills to collaborate effectively with medical providers, nurses, case managers, and other hospital staff.
