Job Title : Inventory Analyst – Refurbishment Operations
Location : Coppell, TX
Schedule : Onsite
Type : Full-Time - 6 Month Contract, Likely Extension / Conversion
Summary :
Join the Client's Mobile Production Center as a Business Analyst supporting Client's Certified Re-New (CRN) account. This role is responsible for analyzing and reporting on refurbishment business data, tracking KPIs, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and play a key role in optimizing production efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and report KPIs including forecast, return volume, and production progress
- Ensure refurbished products meet production volume and carrier demand
- Validate inventory movements and perform systematic inventory checks
- Coordinate material and parts availability to meet daily production goals
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
- Address daily operational issues and ensure smooth account execution
- Review and guide receiving processes and reject validations
