What youll do

Systems

Oversight of HR / People Systems including UKG Ready and troubleshoot / problem solve system issues

• Work closely with the People / HR team to pinpoint and implement system improvements such as data updates workflow creation and other enhancements
• Act as the first point of contact for People Ops tickets and escalate requests as necessary
• Work to automate manual tasks build new processes (both in systems and creating SOPs)
• When necessary the role will participate in evaluating and implementing people platforms and provide training

Onboarding

Own the transition from candidate to new hire and ensure a successful onboarding

Compliance

Manage day-to-day People Ops inquiries system administration and stakeholder support

Please note that the base pay range is a general guideline only. Pindrop considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position a candidates work experience education / training and key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

US Base Pay Range

$75000 $95000 USD
