Description

ECI is seeking a Staff Accountant who will play an integral role within the controllership function. The position will be a leader in the close process for multiple locations and will be involved with preparation of financial statements. This position will report to the VP / General Manager, MRG.

In this role, you will :

• Lead the month-end closing process including journal entry preparation for multiple locations
• Prepare all the month end reconciliation and account analysis
• Track Capital spending
• Perform ad hoc analysis
• Be the primary responsible for the entire AP process (from invoice posting to creation of the payment run)
• Assist in coordination of deliverables to external auditors
• Work with cross function leaders and provide applicable support when requested
• Maintain records in accordance with company policy
• Other duties as assigned
