Office Manager Job Summary
Within the Star Dental Partners (SDP) affiliated network of dental practices, the Dental Office Manager (OM) is responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of a single location. The OM will focus on executing numerous operational tasks in their dental practice with the goal of enhancing practice level efficiencies and growth in conjunction with the SDP support team and the primary dentist of the practice. The OM works closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to drive a positive team culture and achieve positive practice results.

At least 2 years of dental office management or equivalent experience requiredProficient in dental performance management software (Dentrix, Denticon Preferred)Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metricsIntermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word)Solid understanding of P&L management (budgeting)Comprehensive understanding ability to enforce current labor lawsAdhere to current regulatory agency guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.)Work Environment / Conditions
