Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead and support client-facing projects that enhance internal processes and improve client experiences. Key Responsibilities Coordinate client implementations from contract award through successful delivery Assist Account Managers in monitoring service performance and maintaining accountability to client expectations Manage or support internal and client-facing projects without a clear functional owner Qualifications 3-5 years of project coordination or program management experience, ideally in SaaS, GovTech, or client services Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or related field PMP, CAPM, or other formal project management certification Experience working with Jira, Confluence, MS365, or similar tooling Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
