Junior Technical Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Junior Technical Services Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Develop, validate, and optimize Maximo Job Plans, including labor, materials, tools, permits, and detailed task-level work instructions

Create, revise, and enhance Human Performance-based maintenance procedures aligned with industry standards

Support testing, validation, and user feedback cycles for Automated Planning and Procedure Writing tools

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience with Maximo Job Plan development and optimization

Understanding of planning-related applications, fields, hierarchies, and workflows

Demonstrated experience in Human Performance Procedure Development

Prior power plant maintenance planning experience

Working knowledge of industry procedure-writing standards (INPO, EPRI, or equivalent)
