About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director of Event Hospitality and Premium Experience with a strong background in sports, live events, or corporate hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and management of premier hospitality programs and consumer event experiences. This includes overseeing all event logistics and hospitality strategy to ensure memorable and seamless experiences for guests, partners, and fans. The role demands a leader who can work cross-functionally, manage complex multi-day event operations, and supervise a team and key vendor relationships. Essential duties include event leadership, operations and logistics oversight, cross-department collaboration, team and vendor leadership, budgeting, and corporate events support.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a minimum of 10 years' of experience, and a proven track record of success in leading teams, managing logistics, and driving results under pressure. A deep understanding of service excellence and a guest-first culture is essential, with a preference for candidates holding a CMP certification or with a strong interest in pursuing it. The role requires a candidate with a hospitality-driven mindset, a guest-centric approach, and a service-oriented leadership style. Attention to detail, composure under pressure, and the ability to be a creative problem solver are also key attributes. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, independent, and a team player with high emotional intelligence, capable of fostering collaboration and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are met.
