As the Product Operations Leader (POL), Innovative Portfolio, you are responsible for the end-to-end operational leadership and execution of Teva's innovative medicines portfolio. You will ensure reliable supply, commercial success, and lifecycle value maximization for innovative assets by bridging R&D, Commercial, and Operations functions. You will lead cross-functional teams from development through commercialization and lifecycle management, translating product strategy into operational execution and representing Operations / CMC on the global product team. As a key driver of Teva's "Pivot to Growth" strategy, you will be accountable for operational excellence, supply continuity, and the successful launch and lifecycle management of innovative products.
This role has a specific focus on the 3 to 10-year lifecycle phase of innovative products, ensuring sustained value, supply, and performance during this critical period. You will be actively involved in the pre-launch and launch phases 0-3 years, partnering closely with R&D, Commercial, and Launch Management to ensure seamless transition from development to commercialization and to set the foundation for long-term success.

Compensation Data
The annual starting salary for this position is between $235,000 309,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
