Join Gundersen Health System as a Patient Liaison - Family Medicine Sparta

Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional service As a Patient Liaison in our Family Medicine department youll be the welcoming face and steady support for patients throughout their healthcare journeymaking every interaction count.

Whats Available :

1.0 FTE (40 hours / week)

Shift : Monday-Friday Days (no weekends)

Hours : Must be available to work between 7 : 45am-5 : 00pm

Location : Sparta WI

What you will do :

Deliver LOVE Medicine by creating exceptional first and last impressions for every patient

Provide top-tier customer service through phone in-person and digital interactions

Collaborate with providers medical staff and leadership to support patient care and clinic flow.

What you need :

High School Diploma or equivalency

1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and computer competency in Microsoft Windows.
