Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment onboarding and retention strategies for production engineering and administrative staff.
• Oversee employee relations including conflict resolution grievance handling and disciplinary actions within a plant environment.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal state and local labor laws including OSHA regulations specific to manufacturing.
• Develop and implement training programs focused on safety skill development and leadership for manufacturing supervisors and employees.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs including shift differentials and performance incentives relevant to a production workforce.
• Act as a strategic business partner to plant leadership aligning HR initiatives with operational goals and workforce planning needs.
