Accounts Payable & Construction Contracts Administrator

Join our team as an Accounts Payable & Construction Contracts Administrator! This role supports accounting and project management by handling invoices, vendor payments, and contract compliance for active construction projects.

Key Duties :

• Process and verify invoices, payments, and credit transactions
• Maintain payment schedules and reconcile vendor statements
• Collect and manage vendor documents (W-9s, insurance, licenses)
• Prepare, review, and track subcontract agreements
• Ensure contract and insurance compliance
• Support audits, month-end close, and reporting
• Provide general administrative support and maintain organized files
