The Recruitment Consultant II, Technology is an open-ended contract. The incumbent will address technical recruiting needs for positions across the United States and Canada. This role will involve direct sourcing of candidates for open positions in engineering, data science, AI / ML, and other technologies.

The position directly reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Technology located in New York.

All consultants are expected to meet the following KPIs each month :

• Source Candidates That Lead Towards the Following Hires : IC and Senior Manager technology roles
• Candidates Sourced & Outreached : 100 Per Week
• LinkedIn InMail Response Rate : 20%
• TA Screens Per Week : 20 (60 Minutes Per Interview / 20 Hours Per Week)
• New Active Candidates Per Week (Post TA Screen) : 5
• Candidate Conversion from TA Interview to Hiring Manager Interview : 75%

WHAT WE OFFER

The hourly rate for this position is $55-$75 per hour and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
