Our early-stage MVP will integrate :
- LLM pipelines
- UI / UX patient + provider interfaces
- Guardrails
- Data models + cognitive mapping
- A research layer for subject-matter experts and institutions
We are looking for one or two exceptional technologists to help build the first working prototype.
The Role
We seek a Lead AI / ML Engineer (with or without a UI / UX-focused partner) to architect and build the MVP. You will :
Build and deploy LLM-based backend (Python)Set up core architecture, vector DBs, guardrails, pipelinesDevelop or integrate a minimal front-end UI for demosWork closely with the founder / CEO on system logic, features, and platform evolutionOperate with high autonomy, precision, and startup agilityThis is an opportunity to become core founding technical talent.
Responsibilities
Architect MVP-level cognitive / AI engine using Python + LLM frameworksBuild secure API layers and lightweight database structuresDevelop UI components (or work with a front-end partner)Translate conceptual / strategic design into functional productImplement security, privacy, and compliance best practicesHelp shape the product roadmap, research stack, and technical visionIdeal Candidate Profile
3 10+ years experience in :
LLMs, RAG, model guardrailsPython (FastAPI, LangChain, Pydantic, etc.)Vector DBs (Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma, Weaviate)Cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP)Experience in mental-health, health-tech, gov-tech, neuro-symbolic AI, or cognitive systems is a plusAble to work in a lean startup environment and deliver fast

Location Requirement
