Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication. Help with general light housekeeping. Drives / escorts client to and from appointments / activities as requested, resulting in a safe and timely transport Company Paid Hepatitis B Vaccination and Flu Shot Paid Orientation Paid Sick Leave Upon Hire Company Paid Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Paid Vacation Time Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) CNA Certification (if applicable) 75-Hr HHA Certification (Required for all applicants) CPR certification (on-line courses not accepted) TB Test or Chest X-ray done within last six months. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
