To qualify for this role, you must be a U.S. Person as legally defined, including U.S. citizens, permanent residents, Asylees, or Refugees.

Current Opening : Vantor is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This position acts as the primary resource and advocate for customers. Our focus is mainly on clients in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Collaboratively, we work with various internal departments to uphold Service Excellence and ensure accurate delivery of customer requirements. Excelling in a fast-paced environment and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage inbound email and phone inquiries.
  • Process orders and create quotations and feasibility assessments.
  • Assist customers in defining their order needs, including selecting images.
  • Learn and adapt within a dynamic environment.
  • Provide technical support for our SaaS applications.
  • Utilize knowledge of company policies to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Conduct basic quality control evaluations of satellite imagery and make recommendations.
  • Participate in training and development programs, and provide training for peers and customers as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with customers.
  • Perform denied party screenings.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a professional or B2B context.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with GIS applications such as Esri ArcGIS, ArcPro, or QGIS.
  • Exceptional listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Pay Transparency : To uphold pay transparency at Vantor, we share salary ranges for all U.S. job postings. The starting pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $30.00 per hour, determined by various job-related factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates meeting the minimum requirements should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay scale.
