TBD by unit’s need Weekend REQ : Yes – on-call approximately one full weekend per month Is on-call REQ? Yes - about one night per week and one full weekend per month, holiday call required Years of experience REQ : 1 year First-timers accepted : Yes Travelers are required to complete any education assigned within one week of assignment. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Legacy Health expects travelers to float within a site and across the system. REFUSAL TO FLOAT AS REQUESTED WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT Locals accepted : NO - Cannot live within 50 miles of ANY Legacy Facility RTO Restrictions : Finalized RTO must be included with submission. No RTO within first week of start date. No more than 7 days of RTO per assignment. Guaranteed Hours : Contracted Hours. Low Census Mandatory cancellation terms : Must cancel 1.5 hours before the start of a shift. Personnel may be mandatorily cancelled one shift per two week pay period without cause or penalty. OR State License ACLS BLS Pending License accepted : Yes - proof of Oregon license application / fingerprints required with submission Experience in Cardiac, Neuro IR, and IR / Vascular required Shift : 4x10 Days Monday-Friday Weekend REQ : Yes – on-call approximately one full weekend per month Is on-call REQ? Yes - about one night per week and one full weekend per month, holiday call required RTO Restrictions : Finalized RTO must be included with submission. No RTO within first week of start date. No more than 7 days of RTO per assignment. MUST HAVE SCRUB SKILL / EXP Experience in Cardiac, Neuro IR, and IR / Vascular required AHA only. AHA RQI and instructor cards are acceptable. Required for RT at ALL Legacy Health facilities. Floating Acknowledgement - Must be signed by all clinical candidates that will be working at Legacy. Oregon Practitioner Credentialing Application - Only required for OR / Surg Techs who are working First Assist at an Oregon facility. IF NEEDED : MUST BE COMPLETED ASAP Physical required within 1 year prior to start. Not required annually. If the physical will expire during the initial assignment, must renew prior to start.
