Responding promptly to emergency situations, including water damage and fire damageEvaluating and performing restoration activities including water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolitionLoading, inventorying, and maintaining work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each projectEffectively communicating safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisorsMaintaining open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration processPerforming restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying, and site clean-upPosition requirements include :
Valid driver's licenseWillingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrevious experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferredIICRC certification is a plusSkills and physical demands include :
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning agentsEach SERVPRO Franchise is independently owned and operated. Compensation : $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
