About Us :

Prosperity Training Center is a certified Nurse Assistant Training Program (NATP) committed to empowering students through quality education and skilled instruction. We are seeking a dedicated Program Administrator to help lead and support our staff, students, and ongoing program goals.

Position : Program Administrator

Type : Full-Time | Reports To : Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain job descriptions for all staff and instructors.

Create, monitor, and update the organizational chart annually or as needed.

Develop and maintain an instructor monitoring checklist aligned with regulatory requirements.

Oversee financial management, budgeting, logistics, events, meetings, and internal policy execution.

Resolve conflicts and address operational issues as they arise.

Train, support, and guide staff and instructors in their professional roles.

Provide counseling and support to students as needed.

Serve as the main point of communication for students, parents, regulatory bodies, and the community.

Collaborate in the development and enhancement of the school’s curriculum.

Generate invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments.

Maintain accurate records of contracts, student data, and compliance documentation.

Oversee and maintain the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).

Work with content creators to produce engaging materials for the website and social media platforms.

Coordinate and distribute approved marketing materials throughout the community.

Assist in hiring, recruiting, and onboarding of new instructors.

Support ongoing program development, collaborate with approved training programs across multiple states , and contribute to strategic growth and market expansion.

Qualifications :

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (preferred, not required)

Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with learning management systems (LRM software)

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Background in education, workforce training, or marketing a plus

Visionary mindset with a focus on quality, compliance, and growth

Ability to drive results while maintaining professionalism and integrity
