AstroNova is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team! This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, HR professional to learn all facets of HR and grow into a leadership position.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining, processing and tracking all employment transactions
  • Coordinating all on-boarding and off-boarding tasks
  • Coordinating recruitment process and participate in preliminary recruitment screenings
  • Assisting with :
  • Performance management analysis
  • Compensation analysis and planning
  • Benefits analysis and planning
  • Employee engagement initiatives
  • Employee relations / communications
  • HRIS administration
  • Engagement Survey process
  • Performance Management process change and training
  • Training & Development initiatives (role-based and general leadership)
  • Succession planning
  • Change management - assist in developing and implementing integration plans including technical benefits consolidation and organizational designs
  • This is an in-person position

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years of HR experience with strong recruiting experience
  • Strong work ethic and drive to grow in the HR field as a leader
  • SHRM or PHR certification
