What Will I Be Doing as an Entry Level Customer Success Associate?

Support new AT&T Business clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth service activation and product setup across digital channels.

Deliver training sessions and share educational resources to help clients maximize service performance and adoption.

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat—resolving issues with clarity, speed, and professionalism.

Monitor satisfaction metrics, usage trends, and feedback to identify service gaps and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales and Operations to support renewals, expansions, and long-term retention strategies.

Maintain detailed CRM records of client interactions, service history, and success milestones to support campaign visibility.
