job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWorking in a fast-paced environment with business, technology, and designers to build new capabilities, platforms, features and improving existing capabilitiesResponsible for customizing, developing, and supporting solutions on the platform, drive Salesforce enhancements and improvementsBuild integrations between salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processesDeveloping Apex (classes and triggers) and Java Script, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce to extend SalesforceTo collaborates with business stakeholders, IT stakeholders, SAP users, along with various members of interconnected teams within SAP and other platforms that interface with SAP to provide customer service with regards to the custom SAP environment.To utilize Service now ticketing system to cover SAP AERO Manufacturing, Quality Management, Planning & Scheduling and Plant Maintenance interfaces and add-ons include MES, Rapid Response, Team Center, Redwood, Time Work Bench / TLC, eShop, HASP.To assist users with any issues stemming from SAP to get to the root cause and address it or get the issue sent to the interdependent team that can address it.To provide support to the site managers and Functional Process Analysts to help identify any process issues or gaps.To work with the site master data owners when there are data issues.To collaborate with CoE and IT Business partners to create or learn new functionality and fix or change existing gaps in current functionality to support business requirements.To work with other teams like Redwood and PI to monitor the health of automated processes.To work with the Configuration team to modify existing or identify new configuration requirements based on business needs.
