- Perform e-filing tasks to keep digital records accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct regular audits of files to verify completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in retrieving and delivering records as requested by team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper document management.
- Follow established procedures for document confidentiality and security.
- Proficiency in paper filing and document organization.
- Experience handling file boxes and managing physical records.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment and processes.
- Knowledge of e-filing systems and digital document storage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Understanding of confidentiality practices and data security.
- Prior experience in a clerical or file management role is preferred.
