Join the Trial & Litigation group focusing on eminent domain cases. Handle valuation  analysis, litigation strategy, court filings, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation :

Requirements :

• 2-5 years of relevant Litigation experience
• Experience in eminent domain, real estate, or public entity land acquisition  litigation is required, and complex litigation experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to take depositions, manage discovery, and prepare motions
• Must include two writing samples & transcripts
