Architectural Project Manager / Designer

90k $110k Base + 20% annual bonus

Onsite in Chicago office

We are a forward-thinking architecture and design firm specializing in diverse housing solutions, with a strong emphasis on multifamily developments. Our core strength lies in revitalizing existing buildings through thoughtful rehabilitation, and we're actively expanding into adaptive reuse and ground-up construction projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) or Master of Architecture (MArch) degree.

Expertise in BIM software (Archicad preferred, but will consider other platforms)

Multifamily and affordable housing project experience is a plus

Proven Construction Administration experience with direct contractor interaction

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact with General Contractors during construction phases

Navigate field challenges with confidence and creative problem-solving

Ensure project quality and adherence to design intent throughout construction

Maintain cutting-edge technology practices and contribute to firm-wide tech standards
