• Adult patient population - no pediatrics
• Employed outpatient only practice
• Shared consultative-phone only call
• Engaged & supportive team environment
• Average patients per day 20-25
• Athena clinic EMR / Cerner hospital EMR
• LPN / RN, MAs / CMAs & clerical support staff
