We are looking for a skilled Application Administrator to join our team in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves managing and supporting CargoWise One, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Administer and maintain the CargoWise One platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to CargoWise One, APIs, and EDI integrations.
• Facilitate training sessions and create documentation to help team members effectively use CargoWise One.
• Support process automation initiatives within CargoWise One to streamline workflows.
• Manage Active Directory and other IT infrastructure components as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align system functionalities with business objectives.
• Monitor and maintain database systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
• Participate in Agile (Scrum) methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in CargoWise One administration.
• Certification in CargoWise One is required, with a focus on attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with API and EDI integrations, as well as database management systems.
• Proficient in Active Directory, Dell Technologies, and Cisco technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in training others.
• Preferred experience working in logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL industries.
