Nights with 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend rotation, and holiday rotation.
Incentives :

Unit Overview :
Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, caring for a diverse patient population, including :
Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Patients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases.As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII), benefit from exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and advanced patient care.

Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.Education Required :
Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program.Experience Required :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :
Ability to provide holistic patient care and understand patient-focused clinical situations.Proficiency with electronic medical records and communication tools.Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members.Critical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Effective time management skills able to navigate a dynamic work environment.Coordination, collaboration, and delegation skills within a team setting.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
