About the Role

A minimum of 2 years' of people management experience is required, along with a strong background in financial management and a hands-on leadership style focused on process optimization and execution. The role demands a proven track record in managing cross-functional projects, driving strategic initiatives, and engaging with external clients or public-sector stakeholders.
