About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Operations to be the driving force behind the execution and scaling of its mission-critical email infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational machine, ensuring that the business runs smoothly, predictably, and with a high standard of operational excellence. This hands-on role involves building and maintaining the company's operating cadence, overseeing support and customer operations, engineering and product coordination, and managing compliance and reliability initiatives. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with creating cross-functional alignment, building a team, and optimizing operational workflows.

Applicants must have 3-7+ years' experience in SaaS operations, with a strong preference for those who have worked in a B2B environment. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of operational execution in a $1M-$15M+ ARR environment, and a deep understanding of engineering cycles, product communication, and support workflows. The ideal candidate will be obsessed with systems, clarity, and efficiency, and excel in fast-paced, high-ownership environments. Nice-to-haves include experience with API-first or infrastructure SaaS, GDPR / SOC2 familiarity, a background in support operations, and experience with global teams. The role offers the opportunity to work in a high-trust, no-bureaucracy culture, and a clear path to a future COO or CEO position.
