Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Construction Superintendent to lead field execution of mechanical systems on large-scale data center construction projects . You will oversee daily on-site activities related to HVAC, chilled water, air distribution, and other mechanical infrastructure, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule performance in support of high-reliability operations.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Field Leadership & Mechanical Execution

• Direct and supervise mechanical subcontractors on the installation of HVAC systems, chilled water piping, ductwork, CRAH / CRAC units, pumps, and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with construction documents, project specifications, and mechanical codes.
• Coordinate with trade partners and general contractor teams to support integrated construction workflows.

Salary Transparency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several?U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position?is $82,000 - $101,000 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime or other forms of compensation or benefits. Pay?within this range varies by work location?and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,?and experience.
