Assistant Program Manager

Northwest Habilition Services is seeking a full-time candidate for the Assistant Program Manager Postion.

Salary : $52,000 ($25 per hour)

Hours : Mon-Fri 8-5pm

Hybrid : Field / Office

Essential Responsibilities :

• Orientation and training for new DSS Employees
• Preperation of new clients to work with DSS Staff
• Maintain Progress notes for clients
• Oversee Hub Leads to ensure goals are met
• Quarterly check-ins and general support of field staff

Responsibilites in conjunction with the Program Manager :

Update and maintain client tasks

Narrative Audits

Creation of and maintaing client support plans

Client intakes

Assist scheduling by addressing missing time records from employees

CMHP communication

Requirements :

18 years +

High school Diploma / GED

Valid Drivers Licence

Clean driving record

Reliable transportation (Mileage reimbursment)

Industry experience preferred
