Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Quotations Coordinator .

Pay Range : Starting at $22 / hrand upbased on experience.

Schedule : Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus overtime as needed

Responsibilities

Your specific duties as a Quotations Coordinator will include but is not limited to :

• Review and understand plans and specifications to assure material quoted aligns with project requirements
• Manage the end-to-end vendor quotation process including requesting RFQs qualifying responses and organizing vendor quotes to support sales efforts.
• Conduct administrative follow-ups with sales teams and quoted customers to identify awarded contractors and secure project wins.
• Assist in preparing submittals for project approvals.
• Develop competitive quotations according to local market strategy
• Maintain profitable margins by using preferred sourcing methods
• Engage with vendors to negotiate and acquire pricing in a timely manner
• Establish positive relationships with internal and external customers to receive accurate follow-up details

Pay Range : $15.00 - $31.63

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
